Brice Hill – SAN JOSÉ, Calif.–( BUSINESS WIRE )–Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX), a leader in adaptive and intelligent computing, today announced that it has appointed Brice Hill as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. (CFO), effective immediately. Hill will be responsible for all aspects of Xilinx’s financial management and, as a key executive member, will add significant financial experience and leadership to the company’s transformation into a scalable platform and sustainable growth.

Hill, 53, is a veteran technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, global operations and strategy. He joins Xilinx after 25 years at Intel Corporation, where he most recently served as CFO and COO, Technology, Systems and Core Engineering Group, leading all financial aspects of manufacturing, R&D and product engineering. Prior to that, Hill was vice president of corporate strategy and business unit financing, including the data center, computing and IoT business units. Hill also previously held senior financial positions in Intel’s energy strategy, chipsets, and desktops and data centers.
