‘WandaVision’ Spinoff ‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’ Casts Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza joins Kathryn Hahn in the upcoming Marvel Studios series “Agatha: Coven of Chaos” on Disney+, Various types learned from sources of information.

The role marks a reunion of sorts for Plaza and Hahn, as both previously appeared in the NBC sitcom “Parks and Recreation,” with Plaza starring in the series as April Ludgate, while Hahn memorably played political expert Jen Barkley for about twelve episodes. The Plaza is currently starring in the second season of the HBO anthology series “White Lotus” and the FXX animated series “Little Demon.” He is best known for his roles in shows like “Parks and Recreation” and “Army.” In terms of features, he has played major roles in projects such as “Dirty Grandpa,” “Ingrid Goes West,” and “Emily the Criminal.”

The Plaza is repped by CAA, MGMT Entertainment and Schreck Rose.

“WandaVision,” the first MCU show to air on Disney+, earned 23 Emmy nominations in its debut, including Hahn’s for best supporting actress in a limited series. Another of the show’s triumphs came in the best music and lyrics of the song “Agatha All Along,” which was used as part of the show that Hahn’s character was not who she seemed to be.
